Happy Birthday G I Love You!

G happens to share his birthday with Australia which is very beneficial because every year his birthday is a public holiday YAY!!! G turned a quarter of a century on Friday and we celebrated in fine style. Thursday night both sets of parents came to our place for a BBQ and lots of alcoholic beverages as did a few other special people, Cody T, Ashleigh, Rick, Katie, Shane, Cody W etc. Thanks guys we had a great night and we hope you did too. We had planned on early night so we could leave for Perth early in the morning but didn't end up hitting the hay until hmmmm 4am oops. We awoke feeling extremely hungover and driving 2 hours was the last thing on our minds yet we eventually set of at around 3pm. All I can say is thank God for air conditioning because when we arrived at Bec and Andy's it was a lovely 41.7 degrees yuck yuck yuck. We were in Perth to watch the best DJ in the world, Andy C live at metros and woo hoo was it a good night or what. Even if you think you are not a fan of this style of music trust me this guy will soon change your mind. HE IS PHENOMONAL!!! I've always been strictly a band girl but thanks to my dear friend Bretty who introduced me to drum and bass many moons ago, I'm in love. We lost a few brain cells, danced off a few kilos and had an awesome night. I remember dancing away and looking around me realising just how lucky I am to have such a fantastic group of friends, our whole crew was there together for the first time in ages. You guys rock and I can't wait to see you all again this weekend.
