Today marks the 6 month anniversary since I had my last ever cigarette. Hooray for me! I have not even had a drag since January 11 and I am so proud of myself. At one stage I was smoking a pack of Marlboroughs a day, so I think it is quite an accomplishement. To all you smokers out there here are
