Perms, Gardening Gloves and a White Mercedes Benz

I had a fabulous weekend that involved all three of the above. We planned on having a fairly quiet weekend but as always we gave in to temptation! I worked Saturday and G and I went to Fusion later that night to catch up with our wonderful mates who were down from Perth and headlining the show. Bretty and Andrew kicked arse as usual and so did Dave, Budha and Graham. We then went up to their hotel room for a while and continued on for a couple of hours but then G and I left and ended up at some random house for the rest of the night/morning. I made some new friends (one whom G is jealous of because he is funnier than he is!) and a great night was had by all. At about 10am we headed into Bunnings and bought up a storm. I was warned about going shopping after a bender but I actually recommend it, it was hilarious.

Our house is going gangbusters at the moment. It's at "lock up" stage and will be complete by September but we probably won't move in til November because we'll have to paint and do a few other things. We are having a housewarming party which is going to be huge, but if ANYONE trashes or ruins anything I will be kicking arse! I'm off to see Pirates of the Carribean 2 now...
