As Aussie as a meat pie, thongs and the footy! CRIKEY!

This morning at around 11am Aussie icon Steve (Crocodile Hunter) Irwin was tragically killed off the coast of Cairns whilst filming a documentary on Australian sea life. He was stung in the chest by a sting ray and unfortunately paramedics at the scene were unable to revive him. Steve was a passionate conservationist who often appeared larger than life and helped put Australia on the map with his internationally, successful documentary series "The Crocodile Hunter". He will be remembered for his larrikinism, easygoing nature and his absolute adoration and respect for all animals. He is survived by his wife Terri, 8 year old daughter Bindi and 3 year old son Bob. He will be sadly missed, may he rest in peace...
