Let's Get Physical, Physical...

I am an avid gym goer and I love to exercise. My week normally consists of Hip Hop dance class Monday night, Step Tuesday night, Body Jam Wednesday night, Body Jam Friday night. Some may think I'm crazy but I really do enjoy exercise, however for the last 2 weeks I have done not much at all and I am disgusted in myself. It is so strange that when I miss out on a few days of physical activity I instantly feel as though I have gained 10 kilos. So as of tomorrow night I am getting back into my routine and I will also be adding a morning walk except for Tuesdays and Fridays as I already get up at 6.30 for work as well as pump class Monday morning. You may be saying to yourself "why is she telling us this crap for?" Well I feel that if I jot it down I will be more likely to do it. As well as each time I log on I will see it and instantly feel guilty if I have not lived up to my expectations. Wish me luck...
